Radiology Clinics NZ collects only the personal information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries and correction requests, protect the service, and understand aggregate site use.
Information may include details submitted through contact, account, comment, or listing forms; technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and referring page; and analytics or security data produced when the website is used. Please do not send patient records, referral forms, images, reports, or other sensitive health information through the website.
Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, security, email, forms, and analytics. It is not sold. It may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service, respond to a request, or comply with law.
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information held about you by emailing info@radiologyclinics.co.nz. This policy is intended to explain the site’s practices under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 and may be updated as the website or its service providers change.
Aggregate clinic-use counts
We count page loads and clicks on clinic websites, phone links, directions and the clinic finder. These counters store only a daily total, an action name and a broad page group. They do not store names, IP addresses, visitor identifiers, page addresses, search text, location coordinates or referral details. The counters use no cookies and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We keep these totals for up to 90 days. Other hosting, security and analytics services described above may process technical information separately.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics measure public page visits and traffic sources. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send contact form entries or patient information to these services. Tracking is disabled for signed-in users and visitors who enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
